Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. In our experience, people often have a preferred carrier, class of service or may use miles for payment and would rather book their own air.

  • For guests departing from the United States, we recommend scheduling your outbound flight to depart on June 3 and arrive in Dublin on June 4. This allows additional time to rest and helps account for any potential travel delays or interruptions.

Our group will officially meet at 11:00 a.m. on June 5. Full arrival instructions, meeting location, and additional details will be shared in your trip confirmation email.

Your return flight on June 14th should be booked for no earlier than 11:00am.

  • No, there are so many wonderful options in the big city, we leave accommodations and optional tours up to preference!

  • Trip insurance is required for this experience. While we plan carefully, unforeseen circumstances can arise before or during travel, and trip insurance helps protect you in those situations.

Many travelers already have trip coverage through their credit card, though coverage varies by provider. You may also choose to purchase a policy through an independent travel insurance carrier. We recommend reviewing your options and selecting coverage that best fits your needs.

  • Age restrictions keep people from fully participating in all the spoils of immersion travel. While we adore kiddos, our trips are curated for adults 21+ only.

  • We recommend packing one standard suitcase (up to 27”) and one small backpack per guest. Suitcases will be stored in the luggage compartment of our vehicle, and your smaller bag will stay with you on the bus during travel days.

Because we’ll be moving between several locations, packing lighter makes the experience far more comfortable and enjoyable. Traveling with fewer, more versatile items allows for easier transitions and less time managing luggage.

We also encourage leaving a little extra space in your suitcase for anything special you may pick up along the way.

  • Layers are key! Make sure you have casual comfortable layers as the weather does frequently change. We suggest leaving the high heels at home.

  • Absolutely. We have the same bus from start to finish. While we are touring your belongings can stay on board.

  • June offers mild, comfortable temperatures in southern Ireland, with average daytime highs in the mid-60s°F and cooler evenings around the low-50s°F. Expect a classic Irish mix of sunshine, soft breezes, and the occasional passing shower, all part of what keeps the landscape so beautifully green.

  • Yes! You can get your knickers washed if you need to. Killarney is a great opportunity half way through the trip. You can choose between a self service laundry mat in town or the hotel has laundry services available.

  • Yes. While many European accommodations do not, we have reserved private rooms with your own private bathroom.
